Brian Pierce/Sales:

Brian joined Kentucky Machine in 2005, bringing 24 years of automotive tooling experience to aid in his position of Outside Sales and Outsourced Factory Projects. Brian makes on-site visits to our customers for their convenience, analyzing any issues or needs.

Lisa Butts/Project Manager:

Lisa has been with Kentucky Machine since 2013. As our Project Manager, Lisa is responsible for our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Her strengths in management and organization aid in the company’s goal of achieving these standards.

Darrin Boren/Operations Manager:

Darrin relocated to Kentucky from Michigan in 1999, when he started as a Machinist at Kentucky Machine. He went on to become a Floor Supervisor and now acts as our Operations Manager. His 34 years of machine shop experience has equipped him to take care of our customers every day.

Amy Kuberski/Chief Financial Officer:

A native of Wisconsin, Amy moved to Kentucky and joined us in 2006, bringing her 13 years of experience in the financial industry to Kentucky Machine. Amy is in charge of the daily financial management of the company.

Jill Jackonski/HR Manager:

Jill has been a part of KME since 1991, but really before that as the daughter of KME founder Chappel Allen. As an ’87 Murray State graduate she continues to put her Psychology and HR training to work as the Human Resources Manager at KME. Part of her role includes walking new hires through paperwork and maintaining the company’s accounts payables.

Leon Jackonski/Estimator

Leon Jackonski moved to KY from Hollywood, FL bringing with him his retail management background at a large home improvement center. In 1988, he began working in Purchasing & Estimating for KY Machine. As our Senior Estimator, Leon continues to bring a broad knowledge of materials and a distinct skillset with expertise in steel mills, aluminum mills and the automobile industry.

Eric Sweno/Estimator/Purchasing Agent

Eric started his business career serving in the Army National Guard working in Material Control and as an Accounting Specialist. Later he served in the Navy until, in 1990, he started working for us after he and his wife moved to Cadiz, KY. He’s responsible for running off prints/drawings, determining materials needed, pricing materials and analyzing the number of hours each job will take. His goal is to discover the best opportunity for us to deliver the part on time and on budget.
